We are partnering with our client on a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer to join a high-growth construction organization. This executive will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, driving financial performance, scalability, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall financial strategy, forecasting, and capital planning to support continued growth and operational scale
- Oversee cash flow management across multiple large-scale, project-based operations
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, strengthening internal controls, and reporting processes
- Partner with operations leadership to align financial performance with project execution and strategic expansion
- This role requires deep experience in construction finance, including project-based accounting, long-duration contract management, and complex capital structures.
Required Experience:
- Currently overseeing at least $100M in active projects (not cumulative)
- Experience operating in a multi-site environment
- Background within organizations of 500+ employees
- Significant experience with complex financial transactions
