Summary
The Groovy Gym Bus is a rapidly expanding mobile gymnastics program for kids. We are looking for a hybrid leader to own both our growth and our on-road excellence. You will be the face of the company, splitting your time between securing new contracts and ensuring our mobile units are delivering world-class coaching.
Responsibilities
- B2B Sales: Pitch and onboard new schools (TDSB, YRDSB, PDSB), Montessori centres, and licensed daycares.
- Field Audits: Regularly visit our buses on-site to audit coaching quality, program safety, and curriculum delivery.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for school principals and directors to ensure high retention and program quality.
- Staff Leadership: Act as the "go-to" person for our coaches’ daily needs, scheduling, and on-road support.
- Fleet & Logistics: Ensure buses are fully stocked, clean, and well-maintained by auditing our maintenance and cleaning crews.
- Lead Generation: Build a pipeline for mobile birthday parties and community events through local partnerships and digital marketing.
- Territory Growth: Identify underserved family neighborhoods in York, Durham, and Peel regions for pilot programs.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in sales, territory management, or operations (ideally in youth sports or education).
- Strong knowledge of GTA neighbourhoods (Markham, Vaughan, Mississauga, etc.).
- A "Road Warrior" mindset: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required (mileage is reimbursed).
- High Standards: You have a keen eye for detail, from coaching energy to vehicle cleanliness.
