- Help document processes, build training materials and support system adoption across teams
- Assist with maintaining and improving integrations across the GTM tech stack
- Support the organisation and structuring of key business information (e.g. RFP responses, product information) into centralised systems
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial, data, operations or systems-related role (or relevant internship/placement)
- An interest in CRM systems such as Salesforce (hands-on experience is a bonus, not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
- Analytical mindset with curiosity around how data drives business performance
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Dialpad, Lusha or Dealfront
- Basic understanding of B2B sales or SaaS environments
- Interest in automation, AI tools or process improvement
