We're an early-stage startup with real traction. You'll be one of the hires of the business team, which means you're not inheriting a system - you'll help build it.
This is hands-on, execution-first work. You'll be in the field talking to customers, building a team, measuring what converts, and shipping improvements weekly. The founder is hands-on and will help you build this - strategy, hiring, systems, all of it. Direct feedback from the market.
What You'll Do
- Lead on the ground - you're in the field with the team refining the pitch and understanding what resonates.
- Build the team - recruit and lead a small group of interns doing execution; teach them the playbook
- Own the numbers - track daily performance, spot patterns, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
- Build the playbook - systematize processes so they scale without you
- Move fast - test ideas in days, implement in hours, iterate relentlessly
- Work directly with the founder on strategy and direction
Who We're Looking For
- You get things done and take ownership. You're comfortable talking to anyone and can persuade them. You're competitive, scrappy, and want to win.
- You have 1–4 years of real experience in startups, operations, sales, or growth. You've shipped something. You've missed targets and learned from it. You know what execution actually means.
- You're based in SF or ready to relocate. This role is in-person.

Compensation
Salary: $85,000 – $110,000
Equity: 0.2% – 0.4%
