We’re looking for a driven, data‑savvy Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of our outsourced telesales and field sales performance. If you thrive on improving conversion, elevating team performance, and turning insights into impact — this is your opportunity to make a real mark.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll play a key role on our Senior Retail Team, shaping sales strategy and ensuring our outsourced partners consistently deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Lead
- Full ownership of sales performance across outsourced telesales and field sales
- Daily performance reviews with partners — conversion, ARPU, quality, compliance
- Ensuring flawless execution of scripts, processes, and tactical plans
- Maximising lead utilisation, contact rates, and campaign performance
- Monitoring culture, productivity, and quality across outsourced teams
- Building data-led campaigns that boost conversion
- Managing senior relationships with partner agencies
- Aligning sales activity with internal priorities, promotions, and customer insights
- Evolving sales strategies as customer cohorts move along the adoption curve
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- Strong track record of delivering revenue and hitting KPIs
- Experience managing outsourced telesales and/or field sales teams
- Proven vendor management capability
- Comfortable working to strict SLAs and performance frameworks
- Skilled in using data to drive improvements
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the broadband market
- Understanding of the Scottish (especially rural) market
- Experience embedding company culture within telesales teams

- Inspiring leadership across remote/outsourced teams
- Strong negotiation & closing skills (and ability to coach these)
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen (ARPU, CPA, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to assess pipeline health
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement
🎓 Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Sales, Marketing
- Formal sales training
- Leadership or management certification
- Ongoing professional development in sales or leadership
