Role Overview
As a Business Operations Executive at Rapido, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing day-to-day operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and drive growth in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the platform in the assigned city/region
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with captains (drivers) to enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Handle supply-demand balance to ensure optimal service availability
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to improve user experience
- Resolve on-ground operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular reports
- Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support city launches and expansion initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role (freshers with strong analytical skills may be considered)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel locally for operational needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startups, mobility, or logistics industries
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
