Position Overview
This role will be based in Fort Lauderdale, FL or elsewhere in the U.S., with the ability to travel to Florida frequently. We are seeking a senior leader who can drive operational excellence while supporting rapid growth and international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments
- Build and implement scalable operational processes to support growth
- Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, finance, supply chain, and customer service
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance
- Lead operational planning and execution for domestic and international expansion
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve performance and profitability
Qualifications
- 10+ years of business operations or general management experience
- Strong experience in consumer goods, retail, or related industries
- Proven ability to scale operations in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
