About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Business Operations to support a growing portfolio of recreational and service-based businesses. This role focuses on driving growth, improving performance, and partnering with local leaders to execute key initiatives-without direct day-to-day management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through program expansion, pricing strategies, and promotions
- Partner with operators to improve enrollment, retention, and customer experience
- Support execution during key operational periods (season launches, events, scheduling)
- Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Optimize the full customer lifecycle-from lead to retention and reactivation
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new business units
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT
Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in operations, consulting, or similar fields
- Experience in multi-unit or service-based businesses preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
