Role Description
This contract-based role for a Salesforce CPQ BSA with Zuora Subscription Billing experience is located on-site in Santa Clara, CA. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements, develop business processes, and align with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora subscription billing functionalities. Daily tasks include conducting in-depth business analysis, defining system solutions, and supporting project goals by integrating business processes with technical systems.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Analysis, including the ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements effectively.
- Analytical skills to assess processes, identify challenges, and recommend solutions to meet business goals.
- Proficiency in Business Architecture and Business Process design to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement optimized business requirements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Zuora Subscription Billing is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Experience with on-site client collaboration and project implementation is an advantage.
