Roessel Joy is looking for a CFO to join our construction client in the Greater Boston area. The ideal candidate will have recent construction experience handling both Accounting and Finance. We do not need an established CFO and will look at candidates ready to take the next step. This candidate must have M&A experience. This role is only two days onsite.
Recent construction experience is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full close process for accounting/finance
- Managing the M&A processes including due diligence and consolidations
- Will build and scale FP&A team
- Treasury management
Qualifications:
- Must have construction experience including M&A
- No large company experience, 20-100M in revenue
- Must currently handle both Accounting & Finance
- Experience building and scaling FP&A team
Compensation: $180K–$250K depending on experience + 25% bonus & equity
