Our Sales Operations Coordinator serves as the tactical backbone for Sales leadership. They manage HQ documentation, CRM data, and trade show logistics, this individual enables the Sales Director and Manager to focus on strategy. The Sales Operation Coordinator blends administrative expertise with direct exposure to vendor relations and market trends.
- Acts as the primary administrative liaison between the Sales Department and Headquarters to ensure all corporate paperwork and compliance standards are met.
- Manages department documentation, drafts internal memos, and assists with executive-level reporting to streamline monthly closings processes for leadership.
- Takes ownership of CRM and sales data integrity by regularly importing new leads, pulling reports, updating records, and performing rigorous cross-checks for the team.
- Coordinates the logistics for business meetings, seminars, and trade shows, including travel arrangements and the preparation of all necessary sales and marketing collateral.
- Monitors and organizes lead generation workflows to ensure prospective vendors are correctly identified and efficiently routed to the department.
- Performs well under tight deadlines while managing multiple high-priority tasks for both the local sales team and corporate stakeholders.
- Analyzes industry market trends and competitor activity to assist leadership in identifying issues or opportunities that may impact overall sales efforts.
- Shadows senior team members during vendor site visits and training to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
- Travels as required to support the team at exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring all operational and administrative needs are handled on-site.
- Conducts self with respect to company values.

- Ability to move and lift up to 50lbs occasionally for trade shows and transport.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years of successful B2B sales experience or sales support (Preferred)
- Experience building, maintaining, and managing vendor relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel within U.S., Central and South America
- Bilingual – English/Spanish; English/Korean (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
