Sales Operations & Fulfillment Lead (NetSuite / Semiconductor Hardware)
BrainChip is seeking a high-impact Sales Operations & Fulfillment Lead to own and scale our end-to-end order-to-cash and hardware fulfillment operations.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain , ensuring every Integrated Circuit (IC), board assembly, and invoice is accurately tracked, fulfilled, and reconciled. You will serve as the operational bridge between Salesforce (B2B), Shopify (B2C), and NetSuite (ERP), maintaining system integrity and financial accuracy in a fast-growing semiconductor environment.
You will partner closely with the VP of Customer Engagement and Finance to build scalable workflows and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Order-to-Cash & ERP Ownership
- Manage the full O2C lifecycle in NetSuite, ensuring orders from Salesforce and Shopify flow correctly into revenue recognition and accounts receivable
- Oversee B2B credit terms, invoicing, collections, and tax compliance (Avalara / Vertex)
- Partner with Finance on month-end reconciliation, including inventory valuation and COGS for ICs and assemblies
Systems Integration & Data Integrity
- Maintain synchronization between Salesforce (CRM), Shopify (eCommerce), and NetSuite (system of record)
- Ensure real-time inventory accuracy to prevent overselling
- Improve and automate workflows across systems
IC & Board Fulfillment Strategy
- Manage multi-location inventory, including raw wafers, WIP at assembly partners, and finished goods
- Oversee compliant shipping and batch/lot traceability for semiconductor hardware
- Support both high-volume B2C transactions and complex B2B contract flows with distinct operational processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years of ERP experience, specifically in Order Management and A/R
- Strong NetSuite expertise required
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Shopify Plus
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics hardware environments
- Working knowledge of BOM management and inventory sub-ledgers
- Understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Ability to build structure and processes in a startup environment
