We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making, with proven leadership experience in a senior financial role.
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive growth
2. Cash Flow Management & Treasury:
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure smooth operations
- Manage treasury functions, investments, and fund allocation
3. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Oversee accurate financial reporting and accounting operations
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and audits
4. Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks (liquidity, market, and operational risks)
5. Strategic Leadership:
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO on financial planning, capital structure, and business expansion
- Lead initiatives related to fundraising and financing.
6. Investor Relations:
- Communicate financial performance and strategies to investors and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with financial partners and institutions

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
- High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Proficiency in financial systems and FinTech tools
- Strategic mindset with focus on cost optimisation and growth
Qualifications & Requirements:
- CA / MBA (Finance) – Mandatory
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CFO (must)
- Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and compliance
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage
