Job Description
The
SFDC CPQ Lead will own the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ capabilities for the Enterprise Software‑as‑a‑Service (ESaaS) platform. The role requires deep hands‑on expertise in
Salesforce CPQ, strong knowledge of
Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) processes, and leadership experience guiding cross‑functional development teams.
You will work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality CPQ solutions supporting global sales and revenue operations.
Responsibilities
- CPQ Solution Design & Architecture
Lead end‑to‑end design of Salesforce CPQ components including products, bundles, pricing rules, discounting, and approval workflows.
Translate ESaaS business requirements into scalable, maintainable CPQ solutions.
Create high‑level and detailed technical designs, data flows, and integration mappings.
- Development & Configuration
Develop And Configure CPQ Components
Product & Pricing setup
Bundles, options, rules (validation, configuration, pricing)
Quote templates
CPQ advanced approvals
Implement Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Integrations, and Custom Objects as required.
Lead improvements across the Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) lifecycle: quoting, pricing, ordering, subscription management, renewals, amendments.
Ensure CPQ integrates seamlessly with Billing, ERP, CLM, and other enterprise systems.
- Team Leadership & Governance
Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, administrators, and analysts.
Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure platform best practices.
Mentor junior resources and provide guidance on CPQ and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Engage with product managers, business SMEs, pricing teams, and sales operations to refine requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable technical stories and deliverables.
Drive workshops, demos, sprint planning, and UAT.
- Performance, Optimization & Support
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize CPQ configuration and custom logic.
Drive continuous improvement through automation and simplification.
Provide L3 support and guidance during production incidents.
