Our client is seeking a GTM Operations Program Manager to manage inventory, hardware logistics, and support key operational processes including sales reporting and courier tracking. The role involves working cross-functionally with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth operations and efficient program execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong program management, data analysis, and ERP/CRM experience, with the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
- Inventory management inc Asset tagging, Availability, Refurbishment.
- Manage internal and external hardware delivery/shipping requests, supporting the varied requirements of the business.
- Provide operation guidance and support to key stakeholders and wider team members.
- Manage the delivery and maintenance of ongoing operational processes:
- Sales reporting.
- Environmental reporting.
- Outbound courier delivery tracking.
- Inbound courier returns tracking.
- Day to day account management of our 3rd party providers.
- Work alongside our external service providers to forecast capacity in key operational nodes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated Program Management expertise: Proven ability to scope, plan, execute, and track complex, cross-functional projects and GTM initiatives (e.g., logistics planning, new product launch enablement) ideally within a hardware environment.
- ERP, CRM Systems Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce / SAP (or equivalent CRM) data models, reporting, and process automation.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, Looker) to define KPIs, measure program impact, and translate data into actionable GTM insights.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Product, GSM, Finance, Compliance, Tax, Legal, and IT/Engineering teams.
- Process Optimization: Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and designing scalable, efficient GTM processes that improve sales productivity and data integrity.
- Self starter: Ability to self start is essential and having a can do attitude to make it happen. Capable of working at both detailed/ macro levels. Flexible in working hour approach if required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field within a high-growth technology company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Logistics experience (Parcel / Freight) an advantage.
- An understanding of international shipping best practices is an advantage.
- Customs broker license holder an advantage.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
