Job Description
Director, Global Revenue Operations
Visa is seeking a Director, Global Revenue Operations to lead and scale critical revenue execution functions within Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS). Based in Bengaluru, this role owns global delivery, operational excellence, and transformation across the end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle, including Global Operating Certificates (GOC), contract setup and review, pricing and client enquiries, billing operations, and Visa In Kind (VIK). The role requires close partnership with global and regional stakeholders within the Revenue organization and strong readiness to leverage emerging digital and GenAI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide global leadership over end‑to‑end Global Revenue Operations including GOC, Contract Operations, Pricing Support, Billing, and VIK.
- Work closely with global and regional stakeholders within the Revenue organization to operationalize pricing models, contractual constructs, and client-specific requirements.
- Scale and lead a high‑performing India‑based global delivery organization with strong leadership depth, succession planning, and talent development.
- Drive standardization, documentation, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement across revenue operations.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex, high‑risk, and high‑visibility revenue and client issues.
- Lead and drive transition activities from multiple regional locations using a structured, standardized transition model.
- Lead transformation, automation, and digital enablement initiatives across the revenue lifecycle, including adoption of GenAI and advanced analytics where applicable.
- Ensure strong SOX compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and adherence to US GAAP and Visa policies.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, revenue operations, controllership, or related roles in large global organizations.
Proven experience leading large India‑based global delivery or shared services teams supporting multiple regions.
Strong understanding of contract‑to‑bill processes, pricing constructs, billing operations, and revenue controls.
Demonstrated readiness to lead GenAI‑enabled process transformation, automation, or digital finance initiatives.
Preferred: CA, CPA; experience in payments, financial services, Technology or technology‑driven organizations.
