Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Location: SIIDCUL, Haridwar

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support coordination between the factory, distributors, and the field sales team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate sales and inventory data, tracking distributor performance, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods through third-party transport partners.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to improve sales visibility and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Inventory Analytics
- Maintain monthly distributor stock records and perform stock reconciliation.
- Calculate and track secondary sales using inventory movement data.
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and identify potential stock gaps or excess inventory.
- Track field sales activity metrics such as meetings conducted, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on sales trends, distributor performance, and stock movement.
2. Accounts & Distributor Coordination
- Monitor distributor outstanding balances and maintain accurate account records.
- Follow up with distributors regarding payments and reconcile account discrepancies.
- Track distributor receivables within their respective markets to evaluate credit exposure and payment cycles.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain clear financial and sales data alignment.
3. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with transport agencies to arrange vehicles for factory dispatches.
- Track shipments from the factory to distributor locations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with transport partners to resolve issues such as delays, vehicle shortages, or delivery discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication across dispatch and delivery processes.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Coordination, or Logistics Support.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills with distributors and transport partners.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
