Fractional Revenue Operations Lead (SaaS & Financial Market Data)
Our client is a high-growth, data-driven SaaS business within the financial market data space, seeking a fractional, strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations leader to build and scale a best-in-class RevOps function.
This role will drive end-to-end revenue operations strategy, delivering operational excellence, improved forecasting, and scalable growth across Sales, Marketing Account Management
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy across the customer lifecycle
- Develop forecasting models to improve pipeline visibility and revenue accuracy
- Lead GTM planning (territories, quotas, capacity planning)
- Align cross-functional teams through clear processes, KPIs, and workflows
- Build and optimise revenue analytics and reporting (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
- Improve funnel conversion, CAC efficiency, and retention
- Own and optimise the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Power BI, marketing automation)
- Design scalable processes across pipeline management, deal desk, pricing, and contracts
Requirements
- 8–12+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations
- Experience in SaaS and/or financial market data / fintech
- Proven track record scaling RevOps in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC)
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
- Advanced experience with Salesforce and Power BI
- Strong stakeholder management skills
