Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Response Management
- Ensure every lead is assigned within X minutes
- Ensure first contact is made within X hours
- Monitor and improve response speed across the team
2. Follow-Up Discipline (MOST CRITICAL)
- Ensure 100% leads are properly followed up on
- No lead should remain inactive for more than 48 hours
- Maintain a daily follow-up tracking system
- Continuously push the sales team for timely follow-ups
3. Conversion Tracking & Support
- Track and improve:
- Lead → Site Visit %
- Lead → Quotation %
- Lead → Closure %
- Identify drop-off points in funnel
- Support team in improving conversions
Core Role: Central Coordination Point1. Between Marketing ↔ Sales
- Ensure proper lead assignment
- Monitor lead quality and collect feedback
- Flag low-quality or ineffective campaigns
2. Between Sales ↔ Management
- Provide regular pipeline status updates
- Highlight stuck or slow-moving deals
- Identify bottlenecks and delays
3. CRM Discipline Across Team
- Ensure all team members update CRM daily
- Maintain complete and accurate data
- Actively follow up with sales team for updates
- Stay consistently behind the team to push execution

- Lead response time
- Follow-up %
- Pipeline movement rate
- CRM data accuracy
Authority
- Can question and challenge sales team on delays
- Can enforce CRM updates and follow-ups
- Direct reporting to management
