Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Analyst with Sales/Revenue Operations background to drive operational excellence across our Media sales organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable processes, systems, and strategies to optimize sales performance and drive business growth.
- Own the Customer Relationship Management platform ensuring data integrity and maintaining system hygiene.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, pipeline management processes, and performance metrics
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and automation initiatives
- Manage sales enablement programs and tools to enhance team productivity
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reporting systems
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool experience
- Experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or in a statistical analysis role
- Experience driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, or equivalent)
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred, along with sales operations, business operations, or a related field
