Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented Business Applications Analyst to join our Learning & Talent Technology team. In this role, you’ll help ensure critical training is delivered smoothly and compliantly across the organization while supporting key learning platforms, including our LMS. What You’ll Do
- Partner with teams to understand business needs and translate them into system and platform requirements
- Review and validate requirements, acting as the link between business users and technical teams
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements
- Document business requirements, workflows, and technical functionality
- Assist in testing and implementing new features or system updates
- Provide application and platform support, analyze issues, and drive timely resolutions
- Review new system functionalities and help business teams prepare training and process updates
- Monitor platform controls, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Maintain a strong understanding of business processes and associated applications
- Communicate updates, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing improvement efforts, knowledge‑sharing, and documentation updates
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 additional years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience analyzing IT business processes, software applications, or technical documentation
- Strong understanding of system administration and the software development lifecycle
- Experience developing or maintaining process documentation and requirements
- Knowledge of risk and control practices, with experience identifying gaps and testing controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with platforms like Workday, Percipio, or Eightfold
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills

- Experience in risk management and change management
- Military experience (active duty, veteran, spouse/partner) is a plus
