Your Impact
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will support the development, enhancement, and automation of reporting and analytics for OpenText’s global marketing organization. You will work closely with your peers and business stakeholders to build high-quality BI solutions, data models, and dashboards that deliver meaningful insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing transition from manual reporting to automated, scalable solutions. You will help build and optimize reports, support data quality and consistency initiatives, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. While this role does not define strategy or set standards, you will apply best practices, follow established guidelines, and provide recommendations for enhancements.

What The Role Offers
- Build and maintain SQL queries, Power BI dashboards, and other reporting solutions in alignment with established standards and guidance.
- Support the automation of existing manual reports and assist in optimizing reporting processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or report mockups.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
- Support documentation of data models, data flows, and reporting logic alongside other analysts.
- Contribute ideas for report enhancements to improve clarity, usability, and stakeholder insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Analytics, and IT teams to support reporting initiatives.
What You Need To Succed At
- Analyzing data and identifying patterns, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement.
- Translating complex data into clear visualizations or summaries for non-technical audiences.
- Following established processes, coding standards, and best practices.
- Managing tasks independently while working with guidance from senior team members.
- Asking thoughtful questions and seeking clarity to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously learning new tools, techniques, and data concepts.
- Degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of overall experience, including 4+ years of relevant experience in SQL and Power BI development.
- Expertise in building reports or dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Hands-on Power BI experience includes data model creation, advanced DAX, RLS implementation, performance tuning, and security management.
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and performing data transformations.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation (basic to intermediate level).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Power BI cloud reporting and gateway connectivity concepts.
- Knowledge of basic statistical techniques (e.g., regression, clustering).
- Exposure to Python libraries such as pandas and numpy.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub.
