The Solifi Revenue Operations and Solution Consulting team is dedicated to supporting the sales teams to collectively drive new sales and fostering strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. Composed of experienced professionals, the team brings a high degree of quality and expertise to every engagement. About the Position We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to partner closely with our Revenue Operations leadership and go-to-market teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role ensures that sales operations, reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce systems are accurate, efficient, and scalable—allowing leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
This position is perfect for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys both execution and process improvement, and who consistently looks for ways to make revenue operations run more smoothly.
Role and Responsibilities Salesforce & Systems Support
- Maintain and update Salesforce business requirement documentation and SOPs
- Assist with Salesforce administration and system configuration
- Support CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Clari, and other revenue tools
- Implement small workflow improvements and support automation initiatives
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest scalable improvements
- Maintain, update, and optimize documentation and process workflows
- Support Salesforce cleanup, RFP coordination, and ad hoc RevOps projects
- Recommend solutions to reduce manual work and improve team efficiency
Reporting & Forecasting
- Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes
- Build and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights
- Flag pipeline gaps, stage inconsistencies, or risks proactively
Pipeline & Data Management
- Ensure opportunity data is accurate, complete, and adheres to process standards
- Assist in pipeline hygiene and opportunity stage validation
- Monitor key metrics and identify potential blockers or anomalies before they impact revenue
Cross-Functional Support
- Assist with onboarding of new sales hires (system setup, access, and process training)
- Support deal desk, RFP coordination, vendor assessments, and contract/order form processes
- Ensure smooth handoffs across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services
About You
- 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles in SaaS
- Strong Salesforce experience; familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Clari, or RFP tools a plus
- Proactive and organized with excellent follow-through
- Strong reporting, analytical, and process improvement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
