BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

A curated collection of high-end, bespoke service companies based in Naples—spanning real estate, insurance, title and escrow, concierge, and contracting services—is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
This is a key operational leadership role for a growing, multi-faceted business serving high-net-worth clientele.
Supporting a team of 10+ staff, this role is responsible for bringing structure, consistency, and accountability across all areas of the business. The Business Operations Manager will work closely with leadership and HR to ensure clear communication, effective execution, and operational continuity in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring tasks and priorities are executed efficiently and accurately
- Serve as the central point of coordination between leadership, HR, and team members
- Translate direction into clear, actionable tasks and ensure consistent follow-through across the team
- Utilize software to monitor team activity and workloads, ensuring visibility and support where needed
- Establish, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Lead onboarding and training efforts in partnership with HR
- Provide cross-functional support by learning all core roles within the office
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability
- Handle escalated client or operational issues
- Identify inefficiencies and lead operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or 7+ years of experience in operations, office management, or business operations
- Real estate or similar client-facing industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Confident communicator with ability to set boundaries and maintain accountability
- Experience building systems, workflows, and processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal awareness
