A fast-growing, multi-location operator of youth sports and enrichment programs is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support performance and growth across Club (e.g., volleyball, basketball, soccer) and Rec (e.g., gymnastics, swim) divisions.
This role partners closely with local operators and leadership teams to drive revenue, improve enrollment and retention, and ensure strong execution of key programs, events, and seasonal initiatives. You will play a hands-on role in identifying growth opportunities, implementing best practices, and using data and analytics to optimize business performance across multiple locations.
The position offers significant exposure to both strategic and operational initiatives, with a clear path to owning P&L responsibility and advancing into a general management role within 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through program expansion, pricing strategy, promotions, and events
- Partner with operators to improve enrollment, participation, and customer experience
- Support execution of key operational periods, including tryouts, season launches, and scheduling
- Analyze performance metrics (enrollment, retention, conversion, utilization) and translate insights into action
- Improve customer lifecycle performance from lead generation through retention and reactivation
- Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, retention, and overall program utilization
- Support onboarding and integration of new business acquisitions and ensure operational consistency
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Experience in multi-unit, service-based, or youth-focused environments is a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
