House of Ladders is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support the smooth and efficient daily operations of our company.
The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, excels at staying organized, and is willing to take ownership of tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who can work independently, follow procedures, and maintain high standards across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily opening and closing procedures for the warehouse and related facilities to ensure security, organization, and readiness.
- Organize and coordinate field activities, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and supporting field teams.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders with exceptional attention to detail.
- Support procurement activities, including vendor communication, supply ordering, inventory tracking, and receipt of goods.
- Provide reliable customer support by handling inquiries, tracking orders, and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
- Perform administrative tasks with strong precision, including documentation, reporting, record-keeping, and general office support.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities to support overall company operations.
- Work autonomously while consistently following established procedures, instructions, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field).
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Ability to support both warehouse and field-based operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations support, administrative coordination, procurement, or order processing (experience in construction, equipment rental, or distribution is a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or order-entry software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple responsibilities.
