Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial initiatives to drive business growth.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and strong financial governance in line with statutory and industry requirements.
- Manage taxation matters and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
- Partner with business teams to analyze performance, provide financial insights, and support decision-making.
- Improve efficiency by implementing financial systems, automation, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- CA (Chartered Accountant) and CS (Company Secretary) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the stock broking / capital markets industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in audit management and financial planning will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
