We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle CPQ Developer with 5–10 years of expertise in designing and implementing scalable CPQ solutions using Oracle CPQ Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong technical capabilities along with functional understanding of sales processes and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) platform
- Architect complex product configuration, pricing models, and quoting workflows
- Develop advanced BML (BigMachines Language) scripts and custom logic
- Integrate CPQ with enterprise systems like:
- Salesforce CRM
- Oracle ERP
- Design and manage Commerce processes, document generation, and approvals
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Mentor junior developers and review code quality
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of IT experience with 3+ years in Oracle CPQ
- Strong expertise in BML scripting (advanced level)
- Deep understanding of:
- Product configuration
- Pricing engines
- Discounting & approval workflows
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for UI customizations)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle CX Cloud ecosystem
- Exposure to subscription billing and SaaS pricing models
- Oracle CPQ Certification
- Experience handling global clients (US/Europe)
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
