Day-to-Day
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Operations Manager to join our client in the residential real estate industry on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will require the successful candidate to work on-site 5-days per week.
The Sr. Operations Manager will serve as the senior operational leader for a growing real estate brokerage of approximately 50–60 agents, working closely with the Broker of Record and ownership team to stabilize, protect, and scale the business. This individual will act as the primary escalation point for high‑stakes agent matters, including conflict resolution, policy enforcement, disputes, resignations, and compliance issues, handling these situations independently and professionally without unnecessary escalation to ownership. The role requires maintaining operational control in a high‑paced environment by managing brokerage policies, MLS rules, RICO requirements, and regulatory standards with consistency and resolution.
This person will oversee agent accountability and daily brokerage operations, ensuring strong documentation practices that protect the business legally and reputationally. They will manage and support existing brokerage management, including a Sr. Brokerage Manager, while building operational structure, processes, and leadership layers as the brokerage continues to grow. The Sr. Operations Manager will also partner directly with ownership on business planning, forecasting, and operational decision‑making, allowing leadership to focus on revenue generation and growth initiatives. Additionally, the role will provide agent‑facing operational support by guiding agents through deal‑related questions, commission flow, trust and compliance considerations, and procedural issues, while remaining highly visible and accessible onsite.
