This is a full‑time, on‑site role in the Greater Sydney Area.
The Marketing & Sales Operations Executive supports QNAP’s brand localization, partner engagement, and day‑to‑day business operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Beyond marketing execution, this role also provides sales coordination and office administrative support, ensuring smooth operations for a small but fast‑growing regional team.

1. Marketing Campaign & Event Execution
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and partner events
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and on‑site support
Track campaign performance and prepare post‑event reports
2. Digital & Social Media Management
Manage QNAP ANZ social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Maintain localized content calendar
Support paid media execution and reporting
3. Content Localization & Partner Enablement
Localize HQ materials into ANZ‑ready formats
Create sales collateral (battle cards, datasheets, pitch decks)
Support product launch content and translations
4. Sales Support & Inside Sales Coordination
Handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and coordinate follow‑ups with sales
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic product information for customers
Maintain CRM data accuracy and assist with pipeline reporting
Support channel partners with pricing, product availability, and deal registration
5. Office Administration & Operations Support
Assist with general office operations (supplies, vendor coordination, scheduling)
Support finance/admin tasks such as invoice processing, filing, and documentation
Assist with warehouse coordination (delivery notes, RMA paperwork, courier bookings)
Maintain internal records, compliance documents, and reporting schedules
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general enquiries
6. Reporting & Cross‑Team Coordination
Compile monthly marketing and sales performance reports
Liaise with HQ teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to align timelines and messaging
Support CRM/marketing automation integration and lead tracking
Knowledge
Understanding of B2B/B2C marketing
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales processes
Awareness of ANZ IT channel ecosystem
Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Comfortable handling both marketing and operational tasks
Good communication skills with internal teams and partners
Proficient in Excel, reporting, and basic admin workflows
Experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
Chinese Mandarin communication ability is a plus
