We are seeking a
Sales Operations Lead to support the operational effectiveness and scalability of our APAC revenue organisation.
This is a senior individual contributor role
responsible for administering CRM systems, supporting the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, and enabling the sales organisation through effective systems, processes, and data governance.
Working closely with regional leadership and global operational stakeholders, the Sales Operations Lead will play a key role in ensuring high-quality CRM data, reliable pipeline reporting, and operational consistency across the sales organisation.
This role requires a highly analytical and systems-oriented professional who can partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, support forecasting accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across our revenue infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Revenue Process Support
- Support the operational execution of the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring alignment with internal policies and revenue processes.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams to support consistent sales processes and operational workflows.
- Provide operational support across pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and sales reporting activities.
- Assist with governance and operational support for pricing, quoting processes, and deal approvals where required.
CRM Administration & Systems Management
- Administer and support the organisation’s CRM environments, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Maintain CRM configuration, data integrity, and operational workflows to support the sales organisation.
- Monitor and improve CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and completeness across multiple CRM environments.
- Support CRM optimisation initiatives including process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
Sales Data, Reporting & Forecast Support
- Support the sales organisation with pipeline reporting, performance analytics, and operational dashboards.
- Assist regional leadership in improving forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility through improved data quality and reporting structures.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to support operational decision-making and sales performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage with stakeholders across APAC and global teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations.
- Support the implementation of operational initiatives that improve revenue execution and organisational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted operational partner to the sales organisation, helping teams leverage systems and processes effectively.
Process Optimisation & Operational Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales operations processes.
- Support operational improvements across systems, reporting frameworks, and workflow automation.
- Contribute to the evolution of the organisation’s sales operations maturity and revenue infrastructure.

Required Experience
- 6+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar operational roles
- Proven experience administering or supporting Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
