Focus: Sales Enablement, Data Strategy & CRM Optimisation Experience: 5–8 Years in Sales Ops or Revenue Ops
Job Summary: With 5–8 years of experience, you are a seasoned expert in the "Science of Selling." You will own the entire sales tech stack and lead the process improvements that allow our sales team to move faster and close more deals. You don't just pull reports; you analyze trends to tell the General Manager why we are winning or losing and how to fix it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Enablement: Develop and implement sales playbooks, onboarding programs, and training for the local team.
- CRM Architecture: Act as the local Power User/Admin for Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring advanced automation and 100% data integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Build sophisticated dashboards to track CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and sales velocity.
- Incentive Management: Manage the local commission and bonus structures, ensuring alignment with branch P&L goals.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the Local Operations and Finance teams to ensure seamless handoffs from "Closed-Won" to "In-Service."
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence.
- Expert-level CRM experience and advanced Excel/BI tool skills.
- Experience in the logistics or document management industry is a significant plus.
