Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of the company. The CFO will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, and driving the company’s financial strategy to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Oversee cash flow management, investment planning, and capital structure
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board based on financial analysis
- Monitor and manage financial risks and implement internal controls
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
- Oversee tax planning, audits, and regulatory filings
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and compliance
- Experience in IT/digital services industry preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
