Responsibilities and more:
As a Project Change Activation Manager, you will design and execute behavioral change initiatives and go-to-market activations that drive engagement, adoption, and transformation across key business areas. Sitting at the intersection of change management, product marketing, and experience design, this role uses behavioral science, creative storytelling, and immersive activations to inspire sustained action.
You will develop and apply skills in driving awareness, acceptance, adoption, and advocacy as part of large-scale transformation programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Go-To-Market activations, use storytelling to connect emotionally with your audiences, and apply experiential methods to embed behavioral change. This is a high-impact opportunity for a change practitioner with an appetite for human behavior, stakeholder engagement, and practical execution within a sophisticated financial services environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project & Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent workstreams and projects with minimal supervision, establishing governance structures and managing cross-project dependencies.
- Navigate ambiguity and guide project teams through complex decision-making, applying standard PM methodologies and adapting delivery models as needed.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies; shift gears proactively when priorities evolve.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across project teams, removing barriers and ensuring shared understanding of priorities and progress.
Change Strategy & Planning:
- Support the development of change strategies by conducting research, audience analysis, change impact assessments, and stakeholder mapping.
- Develop and maintain change journey maps and experience design artifacts to understand, segment, and engage diverse associate audiences.
- Assist in designing and applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) adapted to the scope and culture of each initiative.
- Contribute to the identification of behavioral adoption gaps and recommend targeted interventions to close them.
Go-To-Market Activation & Engagement:
- Plan and execute change activations — including associate engagement events, product adoption campaigns, immersive learning experiences (e.g., hackathons, workshops, sprints), and communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop storytelling-driven campaigns that translate complex change into compelling, audience-relevant narratives.
- Manage and coordinate Go-To-Market change plans end-to-end, ensuring alignment across workstreams and consistent execution.
- Apply experiential marketing principles to drive behavioral adoption and create memorable, lasting engagement moments.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) tied to change activations, ensuring measurable impact.
- Monitor adoption metrics and feedback loops to evaluate the effectiveness of activations and recommend adjustments.
- Contribute to after-action reviews and lessons learned to strengthen future change delivery.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Required Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering business outcomes through structured execution.
- 2–4 years of experience in at least one of the following: experiential marketing, behavioral strategy, or campaign development.
- Proven experience planning and executing engagement events, Go-To-Market campaigns, or product adoption programs.
- Experience working within financial services, asset management, or a similarly complex, regulated environment is strongly preferred.
