Work Location: Native Shoes is a hybrid organization based in Vancouver, BC. Employees located in the Greater Vancouver Area are expected to be in the office 3 days per week, with flexibility during peak content moments, launches, and events.

What We’re Looking For
The Brand & Go To Market Manager (Brand and GTM Manager) is responsible for translating brand strategy, seasonal narratives, and commercial priorities into clear, executable go‑to‑market plans across channels and markets. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand & Marketing, this role plays a critical executional leadership function, ensuring campaigns, GTM tools, and marketing initiatives are delivered with consistency, clarity, and commercial impact.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the Senior Director, Brand & Marketing to execute current and future‑season marketing plans aligned to approved brand strategy and seasonal narratives.
- Lead the day‑to‑day execution of integrated, omni‑channel campaigns, ensuring alignment to brand standards, channel requirements, and commercial objectives.
- Own the operational marketing calendar, coordinating inputs from channel owners (paid, email, retail, partnerships) and ensuring on‑time, on‑brief delivery.
- Drive campaign and product shoots from brief development through execution and recap, partnering with Creative leadership to ensure output meets brand standards and channel needs.
- Manage an external network of contributors, including freelancers, agencies, and community partners, ensuring efficient workflows and high‑quality output.
- Support seasonal sell‑in across all markets, accounts, and distributors, executing against GTM strategy defined by the Senior Director.
- Own the creation of sell‑in and retail support tools, including catalogues, presentations, and marketing toolkits.
- Work closely with Brand, DTC, and Commercial teams to deliver against the seasonal commercial calendar, ensuring marketing execution supports revenue goals.
- Act as the primary executional marketing partner to key commercial accounts and marketplaces, ensuring alignment to GTM priorities and consistency of brand delivery.
- Manage day‑to‑day brand, creative, and project‑based marketing budgets, ensuring responsible spend and adherence to approved plans.
- Partner with the Senior Director on forecasting, accruals, and reallocations, supporting clear financial tracking and accountability.
- Drive operational excellence by improving briefs, workflows, and cross‑functional ways of working.
- Support campaign performance analysis and sell‑through recaps, partnering with channel owners to capture insights and inform future execution.
- Apply consumer, market, and performance insights to briefs and post‑campaign reviews to continuously improve execution quality and effectiveness.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing, account management, category management, ideally in lifestyle brands.
- Experience in building and scaling brand campaigns and product storytelling across multiple channels.
- Strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional partners.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with clarity, creativity, and precision.
- Experience managing agencies and internal creative resources, from first brief to final sell through.
- Passionate about building brand and community, storytelling and impact.
