We’re seeking an experienced Director of Sales Operations to design, optimize, and scale the systems, processes, analytics, and operating cadence that power our global go-to-market organization.
You will play a strategic leadership role in driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, ensuring predictable revenue growth through operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and scalable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall sales operations strategy, building scalable frameworks that improve productivity, pipeline velocity, and revenue performance
- Own forecasting rigor, pipeline governance, territory planning, and KPI management across the GTM organization
- Scale sales processes by continuously analyzing funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing workflow automation and system enhancements
- Drive HubSpot CRM governance, reporting architecture, and dashboard strategy to ensure executive-level visibility and data integrity
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Client Success to align revenue-driving initiatives
- Build executive reporting packages and deliver actionable business insights directly to the CEO and leadership team
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for headcount models, quota design, territory coverage, and performance measurement
- Champion operational excellence by introducing best practices, tools, and scalable workflows that support rapid company growth
- Develop and mentor high-performing Sales Operations and Enablement leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Commercial Operations within SaaS or high-growth tech
- 3+ years in a people leadership or director-level capacity
- Proven experience owning CRM ecosystems (HubSpot preferred) and revenue tech stacks
- Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, sales analytics, and territory planning
- Experience building scalable GTM infrastructure in high-growth environments
- Strong executive presence with confidence presenting to C-level leadership and board stakeholders
- Analytical and strategic mindset with ability to convert data into business decisions
- Highly collaborative leader who builds cross-functional alignment and drives change
