- Trade Spend Management: Act as the Canadian lead for the trade spend management tool, ensuring accurate reporting, budget achievement, and ongoing period-to-period reconciliation.
- Category Management: Prepare and present regular category business reviews, monitor market performance using syndicated data (NielsenIQ, Circana, etc.), and identify opportunities to close distribution and promotional gaps.
- Collaborative Planning: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and broker teams to build compelling "selling stories" for innovation, defense strategies, and retail initiatives.
- Demand & Supply Coordination: Lead the Canadian S&OP and budgeting process, communicating demand drivers and forecast changes to the Supply team to mitigate risks.
- In-Store Marketing: Oversee the ideation and execution of all point-of-sale materials, displays, and promotional packs in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the central point of contact for Canadian and US peers to address business opportunities and guide broker teams in executing brand strategies.

- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to synthesize complex data to manage trade funds, assess P&L impact, and develop "go-to-market" strategies.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) and communicate persuasively in high-pressure environments.
- Education & Logistics: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a valid Canadian Passport for approximately 10% annual travel (provincial and international).
