Our client, a marketplace startup, is hiring a BizOps Analyst to support its growing team.
This role sits at the center of delivery and marketplace operations, using data, SQL, and dashboards to drive decisions and improve performance. You’ll start by owning analytics for high-value client delivery, then expand into broader BizOps—supporting metrics, processes, and operating cadence across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Build dashboards and run analyses to track performance and uncover insights
- Use SQL to analyze marketplace dynamics (conversion, cohorts, supply/demand)
- Support leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally to improve systems, metrics, and workflows
- Leverage AI tools to streamline analysis and operations
Who they’re looking for:
- 2–4 years in consulting, banking, and BizOps/analytics at a tech or marketplace company
- Strong SQL and data skills; experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau) a plus
- Experience using AI (e. g. , Claude Code) to analyze data and automate workflows
- Analytical, structured thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
- High ownership with interest in strategy + operations
