○ Assist with the analysis on escalated issues related to Salesforce opportunities and reports/dashboards
○ Provide operational support to the GTM Partner S&O team and assist in maintaining the integrity of Client’s CRM system by executing regular data hygiene processes
○ Utilize CRM to identify, manage, and resolve issues effectively
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce experience, with an understanding of managing accounts and opportunities and building/maintaining reports & dashboards for business users.
- Basic SQL skills, including an understanding of how to run and update queries.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay focused and to ensure high levels of accuracy when following and developing procedures
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining spreadsheet reports (Excel/Google Sheets), with familiarity of functions like SUMIFS, V/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables
- Demonstrated ability to work on tight deadlines and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Previous experience working in an operational role, managing diverse tasks across various functions
- Solid problem-solving skills with the flexibility to work on a variety of projects and adapt as necessary.
