Role Overview
As a GTM Ops Analyst, you will be the central authority behind Track3D’s revenue engine — the single owner of our CRM, the architect of how data flows through it, and the person the rest of the GTM team turns to when anything needs to be built, fixed, or automated. This is a hands-on role focused on HubSpot ownership, data enrichment, and intent signal orchestration, ensuring Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams run on clean data, sharp signals, and a well-tuned tech stack.
You’ll have full ownership and decision-making authority over our GTM systems. From CRM architecture to workflow automation to enrichment and intent tooling, the stack is yours to design, govern, and evolve. Your work will directly shape how efficiently our pipeline converts and how well our SDR team prioritizes the right accounts at the right time.

- Design and automate workflows for lead routing, task creation, sequence enrollment, and handoffs between Marketing, SDR, and Sales.
- Maintain CRM hygiene standards deduplication, data completeness, naming conventions, and audit trails.
- Integrate and manage third-party tools in the HubSpot ecosystem (enrichment, intent, sequencing, meeting tools).
Enrichment & Intent Signal Operations
- Build intent-to-action playbooks that translate signal data (website visits, third-party intent, technographic triggers) into prioritized SDR workflows inside HubSpot.
- Own data enrichment pipelines ensuring contact, account, and technographic data is accurate, deduplicated, and flowing cleanly into the CRM.
- Evaluate new tools in the enrichment and intent space, run pilots, and make recommendations on stack consolidation or expansion.
- Monitor data quality and signal accuracy across tools; troubleshoot integration issues and maintain vendor relationships.
GTM Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the SDR team to build target account lists, prioritize outreach based on intent data, and measure channel effectiveness.
- Support Marketing in campaign ops list segmentation, audience targeting, UTM governance, and lifecycle stage transitions.
- Translate tooling outputs and CRM data into actionable GTM insights for leadership reviews.
- Document processes, playbooks, and SOPs to create a scalable ops function.
