Overview
Accelerate growth for Intuit’s Workforce business by driving the operational pulse of our Go-To-Market team. This is a high-impact, analytics-driven role designed for an orchestrator who thrives on visibility and progress. You won't just be reporting data; you will be leading the rhythm of the business, bringing together Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to inspect the funnel, identify performance gaps, and drive the actions that move the needle.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the Operating Cadence: Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (WBR/MBR) across the entire GTM team.
- Funnel Analysis: Deep-dive into the sales funnel to identify where leads are dropping off and deliver data-backed recommendations to marketing and sales teams
- Performance Synthesis: Transform raw data into a cohesive story regarding the "state of the business" for leadership.
- Quota Management: Establish and operationalize ambitious new quotas that drive sales performance and enables the company to achieve forecast
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between Product Marketing (the "What") and Sales (the "How") to ensure alignment on performance targets.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Analytics.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Strong ability to parse through data and find the "so what"—you are comfortable with Salesforce and BI tools. SQL Experience is a must.
- Operational Rigor: Highly organized with a talent for running high-stakes meetings and keeping cross-functional teams accountable.
- Executive Presence: Comfortable challenging Sales and Marketing leaders on performance metrics and driving alignment under pressure.
- Background: Tech experience preferred; experience in large-scale organizations or high-growth SaaS is a plus.
