DiamondXE is looking for a seasoned, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Manager to lead our sales and operational divisions in Mumbai. As a leader in the digital diamond marketplace, we require a professional who can bridge the gap between luxury tradition and modern e-commerce efficiency.
The Role
Based at our Mumbai headquarters, the Senior Manager will oversee the Sales Executive team, optimize B2B/B2C workflows, and drive the overarching growth strategy for the platform. You will report directly to the executive leadership and be responsible for the health of our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute high-level business plans to expand our global footprint in the diamond and gemstone industry.
Team Management: Mentor, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure all KPIs and revenue targets are consistently met.
Key Account Management: Directly manage relationships with high-value B2B partners, large-scale jewelry retailers, and institutional clients.
Operational Oversight: Streamline the end-to-end process from sourcing and certification (GIA/IGI) to final customer delivery.
Data-Driven Growth: Analyze market trends and sales data to pivot strategies and identify new revenue streams in the luxury sector.
Eligibility criteria
Experience: 8–12 years of experience in sales or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Jewellery, Diamonds, or Luxury Goods sector.
Education: MBA or a post-graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certification in Gemology (e.g., GIA) is a significant advantage.
Negotiation Mastery: Proven ability to close high-ticket deals and manage complex contract negotiations.
Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics and how to scale a premium brand online.
Presence: Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.
