Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager plays a key role within Colliers Residential, responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the NSW business. The role also works alongside the National Residential team to coordinate national meetings and initiatives and is central to supporting a high performing, people focused residential team. This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover.
- Acting as the primary operational point of contact for the off the plan sales team to help drive sales and overall performance. This includes recruitment when required.
- Work closely with senior Residential leaders and project teams to ensure our projects run smoothly which includes effective staff rostering (at Display Suites), pitch presentations, and running engaging weekly team meetings.
- Working with the Residential Managing Director on a day to day basis to help ensure National and State initiatives are met.
- Conducting onboarding for our new starters which includes backend set-up on all residential systems, IT coordination and being the first day lead across NSW.
- The NSW Residential Team’s key point of contact assisting with any day-to-day ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferred within Project Marketing Sales).
- Current Real Estate License (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written).
- Skilled at multitasking, leading teams, and delegating effectively.
- Confidently lead meetings, recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, changing priorities and problem solving skills.
- People-focused with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
