The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive reporting to the CEO and Board, responsible for leading all financial operations and supporting overall business strategy. This includes financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, M&A, investor relations, and compliance. The role also oversees accounting, payroll, revenue cycle, audits, and financial reporting while partnering with leadership and external stakeholders to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- MBA (Finance/Accounting) + CPA required
- 8–10 years of financial management experience working as a CFO
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
