Principal Accountabilities
- Delivery & Execution Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives (implementation, enhancement, stabilization).
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
Drive execution discipline across internal teams and augmented resources without reliance on escalation.
- Application Operations & Stability
Ensure stability, performance, and availability of enterprise applications post go-live.
Enforce service levels, incident management, and continuous improvement practices.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and system weaknesses before they impact operations.
- Vendor & Staff Augmentation Management
Lead and control delivery across external partners, consultants, and staff augmentation resources.
Hold vendors accountable to outcomes (quality, cost, timelines), not just effort.
Optimize resource utilization by balancing internal capability and external capacity.
- Business Alignment & Demand Translation
Translate business requirements into structured, deliverable solutions.
Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Ensure all initiatives are properly validated, scoped, and backed by formal demand governance.
- Solution & Integration Oversight
Oversee solution design, integration, and data consistency across enterprise systems.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance policies.
Avoid fragmented or redundant solutions across business units.
- Financial & Value Management
Manage budgets for assigned initiatives and application domains.
Ensure cost efficiency in delivery through optimized sourcing and resource models.
Drive measurable value realization (productivity, cost savings, process efficiency).
- Resource & Capability Management
Lead a blended team of internal staff, augmented resources, and vendors.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
Ensure capability uplift and knowledge retention within internal teams.

Experience
1218 years in enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
Proven track record in hands-on delivery leadership, not just governance or oversight.
Strong experience managing vendors, AMS, and staff augmentation models.
Demonstrated ability to recover underperforming delivery and enforce accountability.
Experience in large-scale implementations, integrations, and system stabilization.
Strong commercial awareness (contracting, cost control, vendor performance).
