About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to support our Engineering organization with planning, reporting, operational cadence, and AI-driven workflow improvements.
In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with Engineering, HR, Finance, and PMO teams to drive operational efficiency, improve visibility for leadership, and enable scalable processes.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is excited about leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Headcount & Hiring Operations
- Support end-to-end hiring operations, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
- Track hiring pipeline health and resolve bottlenecks
- Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and dashboards
- Build visibility into capacity planning and headcount metrics
🔹 Budget & Expense Management
- Track team budgets and monitor expenses against forecasts
- Identify risks, variances, and optimization opportunities
- Support automated tracking and reporting using data tools and AI insights
🔹 Executive Reporting & Org Cadence
- Develop high-quality presentations and reports for leadership
- Support All Hands, workshops, and organizational events
- Drive consistent reporting cadence across teams
🔹 Resource Planning & PMO Coordination
- Partner with PMO and planning teams on resource allocation and portfolio reviews
- Support capacity planning, demand forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare data-driven insights to guide decision-making
🔹 AI & Workflow Optimization
- Help drive adoption of AI tools across engineering workflows
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
- Ensure adherence to responsible AI and data privacy practices
🔹 Operational Excellence
- Continuously improve processes, documentation, and best practices
- Build scalable systems and repeatable playbooks
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or similar roles
- Experience supporting product development or engineering organizations
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes (planning → execution → reporting)
- Strong skills in data tracking, dashboarding, and operational reporting
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and technical teams
- Exposure to AI/automation tools (e.g., copilots, workflow automation, data summarization)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have:
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, consumer tech, or internet companies
- Experience managing large-scale events or organizational cadence
