Title: Sales Operations Associate

Location: Fully Remote (NYC hire but not required)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Pay Rate: $57/HR - $ 69.67/HR on W2

• LTS Customer Success Ops Team; Hiring and Learning Products, CS Strategy and Ops Team

• Selling products to customers and supporting those products

• Help the sales team drive customer engagements, drive renewals, and avoid churn.

• Think both strategically and analytically on how to set sales up for success.

• Team of about 20 reps and adding a contractor with a few initiatives

• Key Task: reporting, analysis, how we drive outcomes for the customer, day-to-day driving the operations foundations for the org, fluid and functioning operations, stakeholder management.

• Qualities: Creating reports using data to drive and tell stories, thinking analytically and data driven, good business acumen, focus on ops and data, attention to details, stakeholder collaboration and management

• Skills: Excel is a key foundation, Pivot tables, Foundation excel analysis, SQL, familiar with Tableau

• Consulting mindset and background is beneficial to be able to think logically in structured manner and tell a story with the inputs received; finance background that's very numbers intellect driven; business background.

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is not required.

• IV Plan: 1st HM, SQL test via Hacker Rank, 2nd Panel IV

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field

3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or an analytical/operational role

3+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with SQL and Tableau

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence and drive sound decision making

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: expertise in data analysis and modeling

Experience in communicating effectively, project and time management, writing, and presenting, with the ability to confidently interact with senior management

Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and ability to see insights beyond the numbers to drive sound decision making

Ability to flex between day-to-day operations/project management and broader strategic initiatives

Motivation to challenge the status quo and continually innovate

Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives

MA/MS/MBA degree in business or related field
