About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team during an 18-month leave coverage. This role is critical in ensuring accurate pricing, maintaining ERP/CRM data integrity, supporting reporting and analytics, and coordinating cross-functional sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pricing administration, including customer pricing, rebates, and contract compliance
- Maintain accurate customer and product data in ERP and CRM systems
- Support sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance analysis
- Coordinate trade shows, events, and sales logistics
- Assist with marketing initiatives and product information management
- Support e-commerce customer accounts and online ordering systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Purchasing
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales operations, data management, or analytics
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: 44k - 75k CAN
Bonus/Commission (if applicable): 7% quarterly
