We are looking for an Analyst - Vendor Management (Intern - Summer 2025) to support our Mississauga location.
Duration: May 1st to August 29th, 2025 (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and propose changes to assigned vendor operation within D&H
- Review each of the assigned partners and ensure appropriate sku representation
- Analyze channel revenue volumes and ensure/recommend what D&H should be stocking
- Review collateral available to support each vendor’s operation & collect and maintain repository
- Review pricing programs and ensure they are appropriately setup in D&H systems and reflected in pricing
- Analyze competitive organization pricing and ensure D&H prices are appropriate
- Review, update and maintain vendor contact database
- Review key feature and benefits of skus and ensure that they are listed in customer feeds and on dandh.ca
- Generate, maintain and distribute vendor reporting
- Assist in preparing communications on assigned partners for sales and customers
- Other tasks as needed for the Vendor Management and Procurement functions

Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Advanced skills in Excel would be preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience analyzing data and analyzing processes
- Experience creating reports/queries
- Familiar with IBM/Cognos -an asset
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written business communication skills.
- Ability to complete assignments within established timelines
