- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience with advanced Google Sheets (modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas); with foundational knowledge of SQL for data extraction and exploration.

As a Strategy and Operations Lead for the Business Operations team, you will serve as a key strategic partner for the GCS APAC business, leading analyses to solve high-priority challenges for the leadership team.
In this role, you will focus on strategic planning, program management, and execution for core APAC initiatives, to provide the operational excellence and data-backed insights necessary to shape regional business strategy. You will collaborate closely with Strategy Leads and Managers to synthesize insights that refine regional strategy, evaluate the impact of various initiatives, and present key findings during executive-level business reviews. Success in this position requires a combination of excellent investigative skills and sharp business intuition to transform complex business metrics into actionable recommendations for a broad audience of cross-functional stakeholders.
